Relax on the deck, sip on a cocktail and take in the scenery, the atmosphere and the food at Flying Fish, a superb seafood restaurant and cafe on the foreshore of magnificent Horseshoe Bay.

The restaurant is right on the beach and is open every day for a casual lunch, with a fabulous selection of meals, including its famous cockle chowder or Coffin Bay half shell scallops with leek, prosciutto and lemon garlic butter.

The Evening becomes a more sophisticated affair, where dishes like Mallee Smoked Lamb with a Pickled Cabbage and Mint salad, or the fabulous mixed Seafood Platter of fresh, grilled and baked delicacies can be enjoyed with a bottle of wine.
