Code of Conduct

Members of Southern Alexandrina Business Association agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

All customers shall receive courteous, polite and attentive service regardless of the value or frequency of their custom

All advertisements, signs and promotional material shall be honest and informative and pricing shall reflect fair value

Personnel shall at all times describe and portray products and services accurately without making direct or misleading comparisons with competitors' products and services

Customers shall be directed to other businesses if the product or services offered are not considered suitable to satisfy their needs

Members shall act at all times to support other businesses in the area

All complaints shall be investigated promptly

Members shall endeavour to use or promote local produce and products whenever possible
