- All customers shall receive courteous, polite and attentive service regardless of the value or frequency of their custom
- All advertisements, signs and promotional material shall be honest and informative and pricing shall reflect fair value
- Personnel shall at all times describe and portray products and services accurately without making direct or misleading comparisons with competitors' products and services
- Customers shall be directed to other businesses if the product or services offered are not considered suitable to satisfy their needs
- Members shall act at all times to support other businesses in the area
- All complaints shall be investigated promptly
- Members shall endeavour to use or promote local produce and products whenever possible
