Customer Service Awards

SABA believes that every business should strive to provide excellent service to all of its customers.

Each year, SABA recognises the achievements of businesses within the Southern Alexandrina area. This includes Goolwa, Hindmarsh Island, Currency Creek, Middleton and Port Elliot.

The SABA Customer Service Awards are decided by nominations from the community and followed up with research and "secret shoppers" where appropriate.

Nominations are invited from all members of the community. Nomination forms will be available in the Alexandrina Council foyer, via an online facility on this website and can also be made by mail. Forms will be available approximately six to eight weeks before the awards night. Your nomination letter or form can be left in the nomination box near the Council's information desk, handed in to any of the SABA executive committee, or posted to:
