Customer Service Awards

SABA believes that every business should strive to provide excellent service to all of its customers.

Each year, SABA recognises the achievements of businesses within the Southern Alexandrina area. This includes Goolwa, Hindmarsh Island, Currency Creek, Middleton and Port Elliot.

The SABA Customer Service Awards are decided by nominations from the community and followed up with research and "secret shoppers" where appropriate.

Nominations are invited from all members of the community. You can use the nomination forms available in the Alexandrina Council foyer, writing a letter or using the online facility on this website. Your nomination letter or form can be left in the nomination box near the Council's information desk.

The categories for nomination are:

  • Business
  • Individual
  • Special effort by a business or community group or individual
