SABA believes that every business should strive to provide excellent service to all of its customers. Each year, SABA recognises the achievements of businesses within the Southern Alexandrina area. This includes Goolwa, Hindmarsh Island, Currency Creek, Middleton and Port Elliot. The SABA Customer Service Awards are decided by nominations from the community and followed up with research and "secret shoppers" where appropriate. Nominations are invited from all members of the community. You can use the nomination forms included in the Alexandrina Council newsletter, writing a letter or using the online facility on this website. Forms are also available from the Goolwa Library and Signal Point during the formal nomination period (currently closed). The categories for nomination are:
