SABA CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARDS NOMINATION FORM

Every resident and visitor has the right to expect excellent service whenever they visit a shop or business in Southern Alexandrina. To recognise the efforts and achievements of local enterprises, the Southern Alexandrina Business Association (SABA) introduced Customer Service Awards in 2001.
Each year SABA will make several awards to businesses and individuals who have shown consistent and exceptional service to their customers and clients. If appropriate, a special award will be made to the business or enterprise that has done something special for the town. All businesses from Currency Creek, Hindmarsh Island, Goolwa, Middleton and Port Elliot are eligible for nomination. A special award will be made for tourism-related businesses.
Here is your chance to say "thank you" and "congratulations" to that business or individual who went out of their way to look after you.
The individual award nomination is for any employee or business owner. Do you get smiling service from supermarket personnel? Does someone from the hardware store go beyond the call of duty to help you? Is it the Council employee who sorted out your problem? Was it the bank teller or financial advisor whose assistance was invaluable? Did you receive special service at one of our cafés or restaurants?
The winners are announced at the end of each year at a special presentation dinner.
You can nominate by using the form in the Alexandrina Council Newsletter (not available) or downloading the pdf version of the form and either
* posting it to SABA (PO Box 957, Goolwa 5214) or
* leaving it in the specially marked container at the Goolwa library.
